At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
A professional license (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) is a must.

A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field, or its equivalent.
Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience in a traditional classroom setting. Note that exclusively online teaching experience does not qualify.
Fluency in English, with strong command over grammar, syntax, vocabulary, and literature.
Basic to intermediate technology skills, including familiarity with learning management systems and digital tools for teaching.
TESOL certification is an advantage but not mandatory.

Essential qualities such as strong communication skills, patience, adaptability, empathy, and the ability to foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Deliver the curriculum effectively, ensuring that your lessons are engaging, age-appropriate, and conducive to learning.
Manage your classroom to create a positive and inclusive environment that encourages active participation and mutual respect.
