The Department of Education (DepEd) has recently announced the final validation results for the Fiscal Year (FY) 2022 Performance-Based Bonus (PBB), along with important instructions regarding the preparation of Form 1.0. Here are the key highlights from the announcement:

Eligibility Criteria and Conditions

DepEd has achieved a commendable total score of 75 points for the eligibility criteria and conditions, making it eligible for the grant of the FY 2022 PBB. This achievement reflects the dedication and hard work of DepEd employees across the country.

Submission Deadline for Form 1.0

All Regional Office - Performance Management Teams (RO-PMTs) are urged to expedite the consolidation and submission of Form 1.0. The deadline for submission is set on or before 10 May 2024. It is crucial for RO-PMTs to ensure timely and accurate submission to facilitate the processing of PBB payouts.

Warning Against Scammers

DepEd emphasizes the importance of vigilance among its employees. There have been reports of individuals or groups claiming to provide advance information on the PBB or promising to expedite the release of payouts in exchange for transactions. Employees are reminded not to engage with such individuals or groups and instead report them to the proper authorities for appropriate sanctions.

No Payment for Information or Payouts

It is reiterated that neither the Department nor PBB oversight agencies will demand payment for providing information or processing PBB payouts that DepEd employees are lawfully entitled to receive. Employees should be cautious of any such demands and report them immediately.

SUMMARY:
